  • Responsible for generating smart solutions to drive traffic to eBay and improve the Customer Experience based on state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
  • Work on cutting edge Generative AI solutions, analyze some of the largest eCommerce datasets, roll your solutions to production and measure the impact.
  • Work internally with Core AI Teams to build and analyze POCs to determine and prioritize Gen-AI requirements.
  • Sign-off from stakeholders on POCs and coordinate the development of large-scale AI algorithms.
  • Partner closely in cross-team collaborations to get AI models on production working as expected.
  • Carefully collect and train large scale datasets to fine tune and evaluate different GenAI base models and conduct and coordinate AB tests accordingly.
  • Drive end-to-end solutions using AI, Big Data Tools, ML and Analytics/Statistics methods and onboard them on the AI platform.
  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Deploying and analyzing model results on production via A/B testing.
  • Building and deploying AI/ML models.
  • Programming skills (Scala, Java, or Python).
  • SQL skills.
  • Mathematical background in statistics/ML.
  • Experience in AI using at least one of its standard AI/ML tools and its libraries for predictive modeling (eg in R/Python/spark-ML/Pytorch/TensorFlow).
