About The Position

The position is for a hybrid data reviewer and technical analyst role. This scientist will be primarily focused on performing data review within the Biologics department, but will also be expected to perform benchwork on occasion. This position is expected to be on-site. An ideal candidate would demonstrate good dexterity; positive attitude; solution driven; good work habits (organized, efficient, careful, safety-conscious, accurate); attention to detail; sound scientific logic; good oral and written communication skills; understanding of instrumentation; client service focused; demonstration of organizational skills; ability to work with moderate supervision upon training completion on assigned task; ability to handle multitasking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related degree concentration and 2+ years laboratory experience
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

• Document testing, observations, deviations, and results clearly and completely, and in compliance with regulatory requirements - striving to minimize errors
• Understand and perform calculations as required by test methods
• Understand and utilize computers for information access, calculations, and report preparation/review
• Read and understand analytical procedures (compendial and client supplied) and internal SOP's
• Demonstrate technical writing skills
• Process/review data, generate/review reports, and evaluate data
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Independently seek out work
• Perform laboratory maintenance as required
• Commitment to occasional overtime as workload requires
• Support LEAN initiatives
• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
• Communicates effectively with client staff members
