The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) offers affordable housing opportunities for Ohioans from rental assistance to homeownership. OHFA provides access to financial resources for the development & management of affordable housing. The Agency's programs serve first-time homebuyers, renters, senior citizens & other populations with special needs who otherwise might not be able to afford quality housing. The Office of Research & Analytics utilizes strategic planning, policy research, program evaluation & data analysis to support OHFA’s program offices & drive the Agency’s mission. In partnership with universities, state agencies & community-based organizations, the Office of Research & Analytics produces high quality data & actionable research that informs affordable housing policies throughout the state. Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, City and Regional Planning, Data Analytics, Public Policy, or related field
  • 2 classes or 6 months' work experience with at least one of the following\: Tableau, PowerBI, R, State, SAS, ESRI ArcGIS
  • 2 classes or 6 months' work experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods

Responsibilities

  • Designs and conducts research of policy-relevant housing issues for OHFA
