Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Minimum of three years related work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares both ongoing and ad-hoc reports of moderate to high complexity to support business goals and objectives.
  • Communicates results of reports to business partners when required.
  • Reviews queries for performance issues, making changes as needed. Participates in the design and development of the system, as well as creation of user documentation.
  • Identifies opportunities to standardize, scale, or automate common report requests. Proposes enhancements to reports and existing processes. Interprets business needs, analyzes impacts, prepares for change and documents procedures.
  • Trains users on reporting tools and creates visuals based on data reports to show results.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
