About The Position

The sponsorship operations department is looking for a detail-oriented college intern to support our Sponsorship team with campaign reporting and operational execution. This role is ideal for someone interested in media, advertising, analytics, or business operations who wants hands-on experience working with real client deliverables.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student (business, marketing, analytics, or related field preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage recurring tasks
• Interest in media, advertising, or revenue operations

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with digital advertising metrics
• Familiarity with dashboards, CRM tools, or ad platforms
• Curiosity about how media companies monetize audiences

Responsibilities

• Compile and update sponsorship campaign reports on a recurring basis
• Enter and validate performance data from internal systems and partner platforms
• Maintain reporting trackers and dashboards in Google Sheets
• Support sponsorship managers with post-campaign wrap-ups and client reporting
• QA data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Help document reporting processes and improve workflows over time
