This position supports efforts across Strategic Market Planning, Sales, Account Management, and Product. The person in this role will help to generate and identify market specific trends, opportunities, and threats that inform market specific line of business and/or service area growth strategy. The duties specific to this role include: 1) leveraging advanced technical analytical skills to compare external information with internal rate, product, membership, and financial data; 2) producing market insights informing growth opportunities & risks supporting targeted Geographic (state/county/zip-code), Product, and Line of Business plan development; 3) developing and maintaining detailed LOB, Industry, Geographic, and MOB Tableau and/or Power BI tools that enable efficient monitoring and reporting of key market & membership metrics. Candidate must have strong data visualization skills and be able to develop a narrative from their analytics. The candidate must also effectively gather internal client's data and analytic needs and collaborate with stakeholders.
