Essential Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to deliver accurate, timely reports. Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reporting tools. Working with multiple data sources and platforms - Salesforce, finance systems, third-party vendors, Azure, SQL, PowerBI Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights. Ensure data integrity through regular quality checks. Provide operational support for reporting, data quality, and technical requests related to HMA systems. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, concise reports and presentations. Write policies, procedures, and technical documentation.   • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to deliver accurate, timely reports.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Working with multiple data sources and platforms - Salesforce, finance systems, third-party vendors, Azure, SQL, PowerBI
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
  • Ensure data integrity through regular quality checks.
  • Provide operational support for reporting, data quality, and technical requests related to HMA systems.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, concise reports and presentations.
  • Write policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Minimum of 1 year professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret large datasets.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar languages
  • Moderate Excel skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Azure, SQL and Power BI are a plus.
