Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Ability to identify business problems and opportunities quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage specific data and reporting to assist management in maximizing resources.
• Create and produce forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, and dashboards.
• Conduct data analysis to support various analytic solutions.
• Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce required data elements.
• Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights on operational impact and trends.
• Develop reports and deliverables for management and communicate with stakeholders.
• Identify and define data quality improvements.
• Create and maintain report forms, dashboards, and end-user information portals.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements through quality data audits.
• Create specifications for reports based on business requests.
• Perform other duties as requested.
