About The Position

This individual contributor is primarily responsible for driving strategic data-informed decisions; gathering data and information on targeted variables in an established systematic fashion; preparing data for analytic efforts; developing, implementing, and automating business and reporting solutions; and interpreting data analyses.

Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years experience in data analytics, data reporting, business intelligence, or a directly related field.
• Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.

• Supports and trains end-users; documents processes and deliverables.
• Develops, implements, and automates business and reporting solutions by working with stakeholders in their design, planning, and implementation.
• Evaluates and summarizes data and results; creates summary statistics.
• Develops data reports, visualizations, and/or interactive Business Intelligence (BI) reports.
• Reports to stakeholders on key findings; identifies needs for the development and implementation of additional reporting solutions.
• Prepares documentation as appropriate.
