The Data Quality Reporting Developer is primarily responsible for providing data analysis, data visualizations, and dashboard development. The role will be a partner with various internal teams across the organization to provide self-service analytics and insights. Essential duties and responsibilities include leveraging technical and business knowledge to organize and present data that facilitates data storytelling, provides actionable insights, and drives business decisions. The developer will design and develop dynamic data visualizations using Tableau that inform business users of performance, opportunities, and areas in need of improvement across our product offerings. Additionally, the role involves providing data analysis content that informs business strategy and drives engagement with employees, partners, and members. The developer will utilize data modeling skills to combine multiple data sources to discover novel insights, identify trends, and investigate anomalies. They will also deliver, support, and train users on reporting content across the business, ensuring users understand how to use reports and what they display. The position requires working with complex projects and business requirements while creating user-friendly content. Performing root-cause analysis and ad-hoc analysis around all product types within the Virtuoso network is also part of the role.
