About The Position

Supports activities to drive Data Quality measurement, produce Data Quality dashboards and reports, and implement Data Quality strategies to effectively govern data and improve Data Quality Lead data improvement initiatives, processes, and creation of tools in line with requirements Liaise with other areas of the firm to understand data challenges and solutions, and/or run data consumption demand and requirements Lead day to day activities to support data quality resolution, and to optimize metrics reporting process Support senior management strategic vision Ability to deal with ambiguity & constantly changing priority/demands Ability to deal with a wide range of senior stakeholders Experience of data quality management Analytical skills, ability to decompose metrics/reports 6-10 years Experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs; Banking or Finance industry preferred Experience with defining and implementing data quality programs Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives Ability to monitor tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes, with the ability to anticipate and balance needs of multiple stakeholders Ability to communicate effectively to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives Ability to work under pressure, facilitate discussions Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred Change Management, Data Analysis, Data Governance, Data Lineage, Data Management, Data Quality, Internal Controls, Management Reporting, Program Management, Risk Management.
