Our flagship product is revolutionizing the way funds from insurance claim settlements are administered after settlement. We make managing medical funds safe, effortless, and cost effective for everyone. The Data Quality Associate is responsible for inbound data entry and ongoing data maintenance. They also provide general administrative and organizational support.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Very strong attention to detail and accuracy of information.
- Comfortability with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to take direction and guidance and develop independence with respect to workload.
- Passion for working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Kind, courteous, good sense of humor and solid work ethic.
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- 0-2 years Data Entry/Data QA experience preferred
- experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
Responsibilities
- Initial entry of new referrals and ongoing maintenance of data updates on the file.
- Entering medical benefit data.
- Triaging emails to internal stakeholders.
- Contact & Account creation.
- Working various projects compiled of files needing data updates/review.
- Opening, scanning, & entering mailed in medical allocation reports.
- Collaborating with team members to tackle large volume projects together.
- Other varied data and administrative activities as necessary.
