The People Planning Operations Shared Solutions team designs, implements, and supports workforce strategy and management solutions for Apple Retail with a focus on analysis, reporting and systems. As a part of the greater People Planning Operations function, we strive to develop intelligent workforce solutions that empower our teams, elevate the customer experience, and drive Apple's strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a program/project management role or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years working on analysis or data solutions that impact business performance.
• Fluency in SQL / Python for data access, manipulation, data analysis.
• Ability to initiate, refine, and complete projects with minimal guidance.

• Experience with workforce management topics such as staffing, scheduling, payroll, absence, leave and related topics.

Responsibilities

• Drive and influence operational strategy through effective project management impacting worldwide Apple retail locations and corporate support teams.
• Work collaboratively with Retail Leadership and relevant partners to drive consistent store adoption of strategies.
• Outline and build analyses while performing all aspects of analysis including data acquisition and manipulation, visualization, documentation, and presentation of results.
• Partner with communication and training teams to create documentation, training and other engagement materials to support strategies and store performance.
