The Data Analyst II will join the Enterprise Data and Analytics team and will be responsible for empowering users with data across the institution, providing a unique blend of clinical, revenue cycle management, business, technical, and analytical expertise. The team follows a center of excellence model with analytics staff embedded throughout the enterprise. They play a crucial role in utilizing data and analytics insights to drive strategic initiatives, improve safety and quality of care, enhance patient experience, ensure coding and billing accuracy, increase collection rates, reduce denials, and streamline operations for efficiency. The team combines business knowledge with data and technology to empower decision makers and believes that user-friendly, self-service, embedded analytics products can improve patient outcomes, optimize processes, and reduce costs.
