The Data Program Manager is responsible for establishing and leading program management capabilities across Corebridge's Data & AI initiatives. This role will ensure data programs are executed with discipline, transparency, and impact-covering strategy execution, reporting, change management, and communication. The program manager will also support the roll-out of data literacy and adoption programs across the enterprise.

  • Establish program management disciplines for data and AI initiatives, including governance, roadmap execution, and portfolio tracking.
  • Manage program status reporting: ensure leadership has clear visibility into milestones, risks, and progress.
  • Partner with business and technology leads to develop implementation roadmaps and business cases for key initiatives.
  • Support change management and communication plans to drive adoption of new data capabilities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across data governance, data management, analytics, and technology.
  • Lead reporting to the Data Governance Council and other executive forums.
  • Support data literacy and enablement programs, ensuring employees are engaged and trained.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Program Management, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in data management or financial services.
  • Strong background in portfolio management, business case development, and reporting.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving accountability.
  • Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and analytics programs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with program/project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
