Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with client-facing experience.

• Experience reviewing contracts
• Understanding of Sales Pipeline

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Data Delivery queue and provide production support for data products.
• Perform onboarding and setup functions across multiple platforms.
• Document procedural processes and collaborate with product owners, technical teams, sales, and finance.
• Maintain continuity within procedural processes while seeking improvement opportunities.
