About The Position

As a Data Product Owner, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality communications and presentations to executive and stakeholder audiences to effectively convey the vision, scope, and status of work across the Enterprise Data Solution Delivery division. In this role, you will work closely with our division leadership team to understand priority, messaging needs, and audience expectations. You will also work closely with our division delivery teams to understand the status and plans for our efforts and translate complex and detailed information into concise, engaging content for audiences outside of our immediate team. How does this role make an impact? - Based on internal and external customer needs, describes, prioritizes, and communicates requirements, ensuring recommended change is aligned to product roadmaps. May manage and execute long term road maps to drive the overall vision and execution of products. - Actively manages product development and provides regular updates to all stakeholders. Frequently touches base with development teams and the business for sprint reviews. - Applies design thinking techniques (e.g., user stories, wireframing, prototyping) in order to define product features. - Uses team scrum/agile development techniques and tools for team collaboration, product testing, issue tracking and backlog management. - Assists in developing business cases for product enhancements, establishment of the Minimum Viable product, Minimum Marketable Features, and product improvements. - Identifies and highlights risks and issues, articulating the impact of these on the product delivery. - Responsible for ordering backlog, clearly expressing the product backlog items, ordering the items to best achieve goals and optimize the value of the work the team performs.

Requirements

  • Strong communications skills
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel (visualizations, formatting, data storytelling).
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual‑design abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to simplify complex information.
  • Ability to tailor message to audience
