Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Engineering (or commensurate experience) and 7 years related product development experience required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

• Experience conducting research, compiling and analyzing data, and identifying trends that have supported product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the development and launch of new products and services as well as supporting feature enhancements on existing products and services.
• Coordinates with relevant control partners to ensure product offerings are designed and implemented in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Developing and communicating the value proposition for both new products and enhancements on existing products/services.
• Analyzing and evaluating new product performance metrics and provides ongoing feedback for continuous improvements.
• Advising others in the launch of new products and in the evaluation and decision to buy/build or partner.
• Generating and managing a dynamic product development pipeline.
• Maintaining knowledge of business and tracking performance for products in scope including trends, results, etc.
• Educating, guiding and supporting sales and account management teams on how to effectively discuss new products and services with the clients.
• Analyzing internal and external data to support formulation of product strategy and enhance competitive intelligence.
• Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
