As a Data Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting PVH’s Data Powerhouse initiative, a strategic effort to modernize, unify, and scale data capabilities across the enterprise. Operating at the intersection of business strategy, data engineering, and analytics, you will help develop and manage governed, high-value data products that drive business insights, operational efficiency, and innovation. You will be responsible for executing a consumer analytics roadmap for scalable data products, ensuring they align with enterprise objectives and empower data-driven decision-making across commercial, consumer, and supply chain functions. Working closely with Data Engineering, Data Governance, Business Intelligence, and business units, you will translate business needs into actionable data solutions while ensuring compliance with governance, security, and quality standards. A key part of your role will be enhancing data product adoption and discoverability within PVH’s Data Marketplace, ensuring data products are trusted, well-documented, and easily accessible. By driving collaboration across teams, promoting best practices, and enabling self-service analytics, you will contribute to the success of PVH’s data transformation and help maximize the value of enterprise data assets.

  • Define and manage a portfolio of data products, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to deliver high-quality data products.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of data products.
  • Advocate for data governance, data quality, and security best practices to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop scalable and cost-effective data solutions.
  • Support user adoption and training to promote self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance data product capabilities.
  • 5+ years of experience in data product management, analytics, or a related field.
  • Functional knowledge of Retail, Supply Chain, or Consumer domains, with an understanding of industry-specific data challenges and opportunities.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver data products in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Power BI.
  • Understanding of data governance, data engineering, and data architecture principles.
  • Experience in Agile product development methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and business impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
  • Familiarity with data governance tools such as Collibra and data platforms like Databricks and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and agile development workflows.
  • Experience working with AI and machine learning-driven data products is preferable.
  • Certifications in Agile Product Management, Azure Data Services, or related fields are preferred.
  • Background in the retail industry or other data-intensive sectors.
