Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with digital technology development, product management, product design, or product engineering for a platform product
  • Hands-on experience with implementing modern data stack technologies and frameworks, including ETL processes; familiarity with tools like Snowflake, Apache Airflow, DBT, or similar technologies
  • Background in data governance strategy and implementation
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing data models that facilitate accurate and efficient data analysis; familiarity with modeling tools like DBT and BI tools like Tableau
  • Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and extracting insights from large datasets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to align stakeholders and develop strong relationships, coach non-digital-savvy stakeholders, and fully leverage their support
  • Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of key impact on customers and stakeholders
  • Challenger mindset with a passion to challenge the status quo and drive out-of-the-box ideas
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that can operate independently with minimal direction
