We are seeking a motivated End-to-End Application Developer who will develop ontology models in Palantir Foundry and build engaging, efficient applications that serve key business functions in our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will partner with supply chain, operations, IT, and finance to turn data into actionable dashboards, workflows, and interactive tools to drive real-time decisions and data gathering on the shop floor, in planning, and across the business. This role will have hands-on training with the Palantir team, to facilitate rapid onboarding and results.

  • Design applications which automate and streamline business processes for business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand technical/user requirements, and processes.
  • Develop data models, ontologies, and pipelines within Foundry.
  • Design, build and maintain responsive, user-friendly applications and dashboards that integrate with the Foundry ontology.
  • Document application architecture, front-end code base, user guides and training materials for business users.
  • Stay current with Palantir Foundry features and front-end technology trends; take Palantir-provided training and share knowledge internally
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of professional software development working in production applications.
  • Strong understanding of data concepts: relational databases, data modeling, data integration, and the ability to work with data teams to consume data feeds.
  • Experience with SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred) for data manipulations or backend coordination.
  • Ability to translate business workflows (especially in a manufacturing or operations context) into intuitive solutions, and to work with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry: workflows, pipelines, ontology modeling, and front-end development.
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing‐operations metrics (OEE, downtime, throughput, yield) and understanding how data visualization drives operational improvement.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, role-based access controls, and enterprise data architecture.
