What does a great Product Analyst do? A great product analyst brings the product management / strategy teams vision to life through the product delivery and support. The analyst should be at-cause and seek to support our clients and business with an open-mind, making everything better that they do. What you will do: The product analyst will support our data products solution suite, Data Sharing on Snowflake, Data resells, Card Expert and Report View. Role will support data strategy and ~3,000+ clients for Fiserv's data products. They will partner with internal and external customers to understand market problems and revenue opportunities to develop solutions to meet market needs - supporting our product development for the new products and supporting the GTM / client support. The product analyst will define, document and communicate business requirements through user stories using an Agile development methodology to maintain and enhance our data products. They will work closely with IT through the development process to ensure requirements are interpreted correctly as part of the product vision. They will be responsible for prioritizing the development projects and maintaining the development backlog for the development team as well as product commercialization activities including client and internal communications, documentation updates and implementation/sales/operational processes. Support product manager and strategist in monitoring monthly billing and on various ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience working in a card processing environment or with data products.
  • Ability to convey, exchange and interpret complex concepts.
  • Ability to translate business requirements effectively into executable deliverables.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across functional areas.
  • Intellectual curiosity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Alteryx, Snowflake, Cognos and Tableau.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Experience building business cases and reporting dashboards (with KPIs).
  • Knowledge of banking, particularly in the community space.
  • Experience launching data products in the past.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-impact environment.
