Overview: Holds primary responsibility for student data management and assisting in the Student Services department at the high school. Reports to: Assistant Principal for Student Services Employee Status: Educational Support Professional ESP Bargaining Union Calendar: Twelve-Month Employee, 7:30am - 4:00pm Qualifications: Education and experience equivalent to high school graduation Professional/Personal Characteristics: Previous experience in an educational setting preferred Excellent organizational skills and time management skills Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently under varying deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to identify sensitive information and maintain confidentiality Proficient with Google Workspace, office and phone equipment Evidence of data and systems management Prior use of PowerSchool and state information system preferred
