  • Troubleshoot technical issues in real time - Power cycle cameras and iBoots, adjust XML configurations, verify Acquisition file paths, reprocess incomplete MP4s, and address server/GPU allocation issues to restore operations quickly.
  • Resolve data and session challenges - Combine split sessions, edit XMLs to adjust tracking settings as needed, correct skeleton drift, rerun video or subject model generation as needed and edit tools/processes when data transfer pathways require issue resolution.
  • Serve as the first line of escalation - Diagnose problems hands-on, elevate unresolved issues to the appropriate channels, and keep stakeholders informed until closure.
  • Communicate with precision - Deliver timely updates to MLB organizations, internal teams, and the next shift to ensure seamless transitions and consistent service.
  • Coordinate resources effectively - Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks strategically, and monitor system health to maximize processing efficiency.
