About The Position

BeVera Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail oriented and analytical Data Processing Clerk – Quality Control, who supports occupational health data projects by performing data entry and quality assurance reviews. This role is responsible for validating records, identifying and correcting errors, and supporting final-level quality control processes to ensure data integrity and compliance with federal standards. This position is contingent upon successful contract award to BeVera Solutions, LLC.

NOTICE – CONTINGENT POSITION: This role is part of a pre-award candidate search for an upcoming federal government contract.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical certificate or higher education preferred.
• 2–3 years of quality control, data entry, or clerical experience.
• Strong attention to detail and error identification skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of records management and compliance practices.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Tier 1 (Low Risk) Background Clearance.
• Adherence to federal data confidentiality and protection standards required.
• Ability to comply with federal data security and confidentiality requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with government coding systems
• Experience supporting public health, research, or federal contract programs.

Responsibilities

• Enter occupational health and surveillance data following project guidelines.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of coded and entered data.
• Flag discrepancies, errors, and incomplete records.
• Validate and correct data entries in accordance with project instructions.
• Support final-level quality control and audit activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, logs, and records.
• Assist Team Leads with compliance and reporting tasks.
• Participate in required trainings and project meetings.
