About The Position

The primary focus of this role will be performing on-site document scanning services at customer locations, ensuring that all scanning projects are executed on time and meeting the highest standards. This role involves setting up scanning equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting other projects when not scanning.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.
0 to 2 years of experience in an office environment, particularly with scanning case files and documents.
Strong ability to use computers and learn new software and interfaces.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and think critically to solve problems.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
Ability to adapt to different work environments and travel to different project locations
Basic understanding of digital imaging concepts (file types, resolution, aspect ratio, etc.).

Nice To Haves

0 to 2 years’ experience working with document scanning equipment or in a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with film scanning and editing, image correction and indexing/tagging procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations and perform document scanning tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality scanned images.
Set up scanning equipment at customer locations and address any technical issues promptly to ensure a smooth scanning process.
Work closely with team leads, on-site managers and customers to ensure timely execution and completion of scanning tasks, maintaining project schedules.
Maintain an inventory of customer documents using Microsoft Excel.
When not scanning on-site, assist with quality checking and correcting scanned images, uploading files to servers, and indexing/tagging images.
Perform other duties as assigned.
