About The Position

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align data processing strategies with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in data processing, data management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of data processing technologies, databases, and data management systems.
Proficiency in data processing tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, ETL tools, big data technologies).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data-related issues.
Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional projects.
Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of driving process improvements and managing large-scale data operations.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Data Processing Oversight : Develop, test, implement, and maintain data processing strategies and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and security. Oversee daily operations and address any issues or bottlenecks.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data processing efficiency and effectiveness. Leverage data analytics to drive decision-making and streamline workflows.
Project Management: Lead and manage data processing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Data Governance: Ensure adherence to data governance policies and regulatory requirements. Implement best practices for data quality, data integrity, and data security.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Sales, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure seamless integration of data processing systems and alignment with overall business objectives.
Technology Management: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance data processing capabilities.
