This is a discreet search for our AmLaw 100 client with a Chambers -recognized platform advising innovators and investors across tech, life sciences, and emerging tech. You will sit close to product and deal teams, not just policy decks. Role Summary Day -to -day privacy counseling for tech, life sciences, and emerging tech companies, including AI use cases Draft and negotiate privacy and data governance terms: policies, DPAs, data sharing agreements, and tech transactions Advise across U.S. privacy and AI regimes (FTC Act, COPPA, GLBA, FERPA, CCPA and state analogs, BIPA, WMHMDA, and developing AI rules) Privacy diligence and deal support for PE investments, M&A, and other corporate transactions Bonus: regulatory inquiries, investigations, and incident -adjacent work Candidate Profile 3–4 years of privacy -focused practice (JD 2022–2023) Strong drafting and negotiation skills for data -heavy commercial deals Comfortable moving between counseling, diligence, and transaction support without dropping details Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) and a deal sheet required Why This Role A real seat in a practice built around the data -risk lifecycle, including AI -driven products and data -enabled business models Consistent pipeline from sponsor -side and growth -company work, with privacy embedded in the deal flow In -office team that works hands -on with senior lawyers and client stakeholders Call to Action If you are a mid -level privacy associate who wants counseling plus transactions c lick below to SCHEDULE A CALL or use the "I'm Interested" button to send us your information confidentially:
