Job Description: The Policy Manager of the Regulatory Reporting – Enterprise Policy and Governance will provide enterprise-wide leadership, governance and drive adherence to the Policy. Key responsibilities include: Evolving and/or sustaining enterprise-wide governance processes to ensure transparency, escalations and sustainability of Policy adherence (policy revisions/updates, reporting, guidance development and updates, etc.) Partnering with key policy roles (e.g. NFRR/FRR Governance, FLU/CF Governance, DSME's) to ensure transparency into continued policy adherence, issue/incident management, thematic analysis and reporting. Engaging with stakeholders to evolve and drive adherence to the policy and respond to evolving internal and external expectations to meet current and emerging risks. Evolve the partnership with centralized quality assurance leadership and team to ensure business requirements and QA execution measure and drive full adherence to the Policy. Serve as a thought leader with aligning to our Common Process Framework and adhere to the EDSGO/Global Strategy & Enterprise Platforms (GSEP) policy governance approach driving effective process, control and metric design. Engaging and providing specific guidance to FLU/CF/LEs in support of on-going Policy adherence, remediation of identified issues and driving stakeholder communications and escalations.
