Responsibilities

• Leading technical implementation of enterprise-scale data platform solutions
• Providing hands-on technical leadership in data platform architecture and implementation
• Guiding teams in best practices for data platform development and deployment
• Ensuring delivery excellence across multiple concurrent projects
• Collaborating with Service Line Leaders to maintain technical delivery standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in data platform implementation
• Proven track record of leading complex data platform projects
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture patterns

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
• Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
• Databricks Lakehouse Platform Administrator
• Demonstrated thought leadership in data platform implementation and architecture
• Track record of conference speaking engagements at events like Microsoft Ignite/Build, Data + AI Summit, PASS Data Community Summit, Enterprise Data World
• Industry recognition such as Microsoft MVP in Data Platform, AI, or related categories, Databricks Champion
• Published technical content (blogs, articles, whitepapers)
• Active technical community contributions (open source, technical forums)
