We are seeking a Manager of Data Platforms to lead the day-to-day operations, support, and administration of our enterprise data platform ecosystem, including integration & ETL administration. This Manager-level role is responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our key data systems, including integration pipelines, data warehouses, data governance, and MDM tooling. You will ensure our data platforms are integrated and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience managing enterprise data platforms, strong incident and service management capabilities, and a track record of working effectively with cross-functional technical teams. Your role will be to lead our data platform administration while partnering various stakeholders, including data engineering, data governance, IT, and business leaders. You will collaborate closely with these teams to ensure that our data platforms and services meet current and future needs.

  • Define and implement data operations and platform roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall corporate strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives that maximize business impact.
  • Oversee the administration of data platforms for integrations, data governance tooling, MDM, including Informatica (IDMC/MDM/Axon/EDC/IDQ), Azure ADF.
  • Monitor platform performance and availability, proactively addressing issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, data governance, and business stakeholders, to ensure data platforms and services meet current and future needs.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in data platform administration and production support processes, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data and platform engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Provide clear direction, performance feedback, and professional development for engineering teams.
  • Encourage a collaborative, agile environment that embraces continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stay current with emerging data integration tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
  • 5 years of related professional experience.
  • 1 year of supervisory or demonstrated progressive leadership experience.
  • Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics).
  • Data integration Platforms including Informatica (IDMC/MDM/Axon/EDC/IDQ/PC/PWX).
  • Hands-on experience supporting production enterprise data pipelines with Informatica or similar ETL/ELT technologies.
  • Production experience with CI/CD pipelines, and modern orchestration tools.
  • Proven track of building and leading high-performing teams, with strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
