About The Position

Claritas Rx leverages a proprietary technology platform and deep manufacturer expertise to automate and integrate channel, commercial, and clinical data and help biopharmaceutical companies generate actionable business insights. Our work uncovers the real-world variables impacting patient access, duration of therapy, and other metrics key to commercial success, making a real impact on patient healthcare. We are seeking a Data Operations Specialist to support the effective flow of and quality of data for our customers. The Data Operations team is focused on ensuring Data Quality for all our customers’ programs.

Requirements

• Three or more (3+) years of work experience at a drug manufacturer, data aggregator, Hub or Specialty Pharmacy generating or monitoring commercial drug data files and data flows in support of a business environment
• Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Mail and Google Calendar
• Ability to review and understand record-level, transactional data and analyze data for trends to identify anomalies
• Familiarity with data quality tools, ETL processes and data governance best practices
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Initiative and strong work ethic critical
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills required
• Strong organizational and time management skills; keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to represent Claritas Rx in a professional manner

Responsibilities

• Coordination of activities related to data file transfers, monitoring for file timeliness and accuracy (aligned to data spec, no missing data or duplicates)
• Facilitation of communications with Claritas Rx and customer contacts
• Management of ad hoc escalations, and documentation of actions in the Claritas Rx portal
• Execution of advanced data profiling and validation checks to ensure data integrity and usability
• Become an expert on the operational nature of data flows which support our customers
• Perform comprehensive data profiling and validation checks on incoming and processed data
• Proactively communicate relevant details of data operations to the Claritas Rx team and to the manufacturer when appropriate
• Generate documented lists of data issues for review with key data partners
• Manage data issues through the lens of customer understanding and effectively prioritize tasks
• Problem solve issues with autonomy and work with other teams within Claritas Rx
• Document findings and applicable notes in the Claritas Rx portal
• Support the customer team on all aspects of data processing for our customers
• Maintain up to date lists of point of contacts with each data partner
• Identify needed system enhancements and/or reports and participate in requirement review, testing and implementation
• Share best practices and learning opportunities with Data Operations team and other Claritas Rx groups
