The Data Operations Manager for D/Cipher will lead a high-performing team of Data and Software Engineers responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling data infrastructure to support business intelligence, analytics, and operational reporting. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to ensure that data is accurate, accessible, and actionable across the organization. You will collaborate closely with product managers, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable datasets, enhance data platform observability, and drive continuous improvement across data workflows.
