About The Position

CACI is hiring a Data/Operations Analyst to support a Navy Contract located in Patuxent River, Maryland. This position is onsite in Maryland.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or 6 years equivalent experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
• Ability to work in excel fluently as well as other Microsoft applications
• Excellent technical writing and data presentation skills
• Ability to think analytically and independently.
• Team orientation
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in written form.
• Ability to present data and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
• This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain all program trackers as needed to ensure the accurate planning for efforts across the program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and develop data-driven solutions
• Create dashboards and reports to visualize data and present findings to stakeholders.
• Gathers and distributes information to subcontractors and service providers, through initiating, preparing, and reviewing all documentation requested by the program.
• Assists in preparation of monthly owner project status reports, as required.
• Attends project meetings as requested.
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiencies within operations.
• Document analysis and control.
• Other duties as assigned.
