About The Position

As a Data Onboarding Specialist at Catsy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' product data is seamlessly integrated into our Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms. This position involves close collaboration with clients to gather, analyze, and transform product data, ensuring it meets Catsy's standards for centralization and distribution. You will guide clients through the onboarding process, focusing on data accuracy and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data management, transformation, or integration (experience with PIM/DAM systems is a plus).
• Proficiency in working with data files and data manipulation tools.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or implementation, preferably in SaaS or PIM/ERP/eCommerce software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Technical proficiency with data management, troubleshooting, and experience with integration and migration processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to collect and analyze product data for onboarding.
• Format, load and organize product information in Catsy's platform.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with platform standards.
• Provide training and support to clients during the onboarding process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in collaboration with the technical team.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
• Train users into the platform.
