About The Position

CTG is seeking a Data Modernization Architect to lead enterprise-scale data modernization and migration initiatives. You’ll design and implement scalable, cloud-based data solutions, drive ETL processes, and modernize data platforms across Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS. Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 10 months

Requirements

Snowflake & Databricks (hands-on)
AWS cloud services and data platforms
Strong SQL and data modeling expertise
ETL/ELT tools: Informatica, DataStage, SSIS, ODI
Python, JSON/XML, NoSQL knowledge
Experience: 8+ years in data architecture, engineering, or modernization
Education: Bachelor’s in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

Architect and deliver data migration and transformation solutions (RDBMS, NoSQL, Data Warehouse → Data Lake)
Lead ETL/ELT activities and develop prototypes/POCs for business challenges
Collaborate with teams to implement high-performance, scalable, and secure cloud data solutions
