About The Position
The Data Manager at C.C. Spaulding Elementary School is responsible for overseeing the collection, management, and analysis of data to support the educational goals of the school. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that data is accurately captured and utilized to inform decision-making processes. The Data Manager will work closely with school administrators, teachers, and other staff to develop data-driven strategies that enhance student learning and improve overall school performance. In this role, the Data Manager will be tasked with developing and maintaining data systems that track student progress, attendance, and other key performance indicators. This includes designing reports and dashboards that provide insights into student achievement and areas for improvement. The Data Manager will also be responsible for training staff on data collection methods and the use of data tools, ensuring that all personnel are equipped to contribute to the school's data initiatives. Additionally, the Data Manager will collaborate with district-level data teams to align school data practices with broader educational goals. This position requires a strong understanding of data privacy and security protocols, as well as the ability to communicate complex data concepts to a variety of stakeholders. The Data Manager will also participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in data management and analysis.
