We're looking for a Data Manager to own the health, accuracy, and usability of data across our systems. This is a hands-on role at a growing startup where you'll be the go-to person for keeping our CRM (HubSpot) running cleanly, building automations that save the team hours of manual work, and delivering reporting that actually drives decisions. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership—so being comfortable juggling priorities from multiple stakeholders is a must. What matters most is that you're resourceful, curious, and quick to pick up new tools and techniques. Startup experience is required—you know what it's like to wear multiple hats and figure things out on the fly.
