The Data Management Technician is utilized to support company growth and success by creating and maintaining product data that is utilized throughout the company.
Requirements
- Experience using Microsoft Access & Excel
- Understanding of and ability to navigate multiple file systems
- Must be detail orientated with strong administrative and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal direction to prioritize and execute tasks
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Demonstrate a professional work ethic and positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Education/Certification(s):1-2 Years Data Entry or Administrative Equivalent
- Experience: Previous Data Management experience preferred
- Vehicle knowledge a plus
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and process data from MFGs and third-party sources.
- Set up new products, maintaining data integrity by following data policies and procedures.
- Maintain product data and attributes, such as fitment, descriptions, images & pricing.
- Identify and correct missing product elements.
- Perform regular content audits and reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
