About The Position

The Data Management Specialist ensures accurate and timely collection, input, and maintenance of data within our ERP and auxiliary systems. This role demands precision, strong data entry skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to maintain data integrity. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite. This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experience and/or education level. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and speed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and JD Edwards preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of data management best practices

Responsibilities

  • Collect data from internal departments, external partners, and customers
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of all collected data
  • Maintain effective communication channels with data providers
  • Accurately input data into the ERP system following standard procedures
  • Ensure consistency and reliability in data entries
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and correct errors
  • Maintain and update ERP system data to reflect business changes
  • Perform routine data cleaning and de-duplication
  • Develop and implement data quality improvement initiatives
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends
  • Analyze data to identify issues or discrepancies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
  • Other duties as assigned
