About The Position

USAID’s Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) manages acquisition and assistance actions across the Agency. Under the Agency-wide closeout effort, OAA requires contracting professionals to support contract terminations, closeouts, cost evaluations, and full cradle‑to‑grave contract administration.

Position Summary:Support closeout reporting, data integrity, analyses, and systems tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in MIS, data science, or related field.
• 5+ years data management experience in a federal environment.
• Ability to work independently without performing inherently governmental functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume datasets and ensure accuracy.
• Produce reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Track closeout actions with COs/AOs.
• Provide technical systems support.
