The Data Management Manager leads the Data Management team in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product and market data across all systems. In this role, you'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to support system functionality, define data standards, improve workflows, and enhance data governance. You'll also identify opportunities to modernize processes, reduce manual effort, and drive efficiency through automation and AI-enabled tools. This position blends operational leadership, process improvement, and hands-on system expertise to support scalable, high-quality data operations.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems by enforcing standards and validation protocols.
  • Develop efficient processes for receiving, verifying, and maintaining product and market data.
  • Oversee governance and accuracy of data related to licensing, fulfillment, and new business initiatives.
  • Partner with IT and business teams to support system enhancements and resolve data issues.
  • Identify and implement automation and AI-enabled tools to improve data quality and reduce manual work.
  • Lead testing, training, and user acceptance processes for system upgrades and new feature deployments.
  • Evaluate and improve data workflows to increase scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and best practices for data processes.
  • Provide training and support to team members, store associates, and other departments.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external data inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct quarterly store visits and maintain strong field relationships to inform improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Data Management team, setting goals and providing ongoing feedback.
  • Promote a collaborative team culture focused on accountability, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in master data management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, entry standards, and quality control.
  • Experience improving processes, workflows, or implementing data automation (AI experience a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft or Google Workspace and data management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with integrity.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%, including occasional overnight trips.
