About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel/Macro, and MS PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer data collection activities using computer software programs.
• Act as a liaison between sales, engineering, and customers, addressing moderately complex queries.
• Compile and analyze customer service data for business planning and sales forecasting.
• Generate reports and statistics on sales performance.
• Track data related to customer orders and activities.
• Create and maintain service notifications and scheduling.
• Perform data analytics and forecasting to support business development.
• Define and communicate contractual data requirements to relevant personnel.
• Maintain data delivery schedules and coordinate data preparation for customers.
• Establish and maintain program data files, both physical and digital.
• Maintain schedules and logs for contractual data and customer feedback.
