About The Position

In this role, you will analyze and cleanse item master and product data to ensure accuracy and completeness. You will research, audit, and report on data quality issues to drive continuous improvement. You will also have opportunities to leverage and develop generative AI–based solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in data management. You will collaborate with a team of analysts to promote cross training, team cohesiveness, and a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in healthcare, clinical, distributor, or supplier roles (e.g., nursing, surgical tech, purchasing, supply chain, or coding-related).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook required.
  • Experience analyzing large, complex data sets preferred.
  • Technical experience: SQL query development, automation or coding (Python, Microsoft Power Automate), or generative AI tools in a professional setting highly preferred.
  • Clinical experience, medical coding knowledge (HCPCS, CPT, revenue codes) or familiarity with Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) assignment highly preferred.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage time across multiple tasks, working individually or collaboratively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service focus and ability to self-motivate.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate data and meet contractual turnaround times for member requests.
  • Complete assignments that require initiative, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Lead and contribute to member-requested data management projects involving standardization, optimization, issue resolution, and auditing.
  • Manage data integrity of the product master to ensure records are accurate and complete.
  • Perform data quality audits, identify potential issues, conduct research, and update systems accordingly.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain data standards, integrity, and quality.
  • Utilize generative AI tools to support data validation, document preparation, and analysis workflows.
  • Participate in projects exploring AI-enabled solutions to improve operational processes and reporting.
  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
