About The Position

As a Data and Logistics Team Member, you will work closely with the Regional Manager of your assigned region and ensure that each depot is efficiently delivering product and equipment to our customers. You will prepare and analyze various reports based on depot and route performance and identify opportunities for improvement to the Regional Manager. This position requires great attention to detail, organization, time management skills, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review daily routes for each depot in your assigned region. Monitor route and stop completion, report account follow up needs and ensure adherence to established delivery procedures.
  • Report route review findings to Depot Managers and Regional Managers. Monitor and track the successful resolution of action items
  • Work closely with the regional manager to ensure all depots are in compliance and our customers are being serviced properly and in a timely manner
  • Track depot progress and performance on company initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and status updates for upper management and identify non-compliance early to be corrected by Depot and Regional Managers
  • Prepare and delivery various sales and performance reports for upper management as needed
  • Create and analyze reports for delivery route metrics and overall depot route performance
  • Identify opportunities within the Delivery Frequency model
  • Analyze delivery results and opportunity for improved or more efficient account service
  • Analyze depot account lists and service metrics
  • Prepare and report on last invoiced and routed dates, seasonality, and identify service frequency shortcomings
  • Review Nayax program to ensure all vending machines are functional and being serviced in a timely manner
  • Flag out of order machines and high-volume machines to depot managers to service and resolve
  • Escalate non compliance to Regional Manager and upper management as needed
  • Track new pending installs for depots and work with Depot Managers to ensure we are getting product and equipment to new customer locations within the designated time frame
  • Review gas card transactions weekly and flag any out of compliance transactions to depot and regional managers
  • Review the Samsara telematics program to ensure vehicles at all depots are set up and assigned properly, and our reading in the system.
