About The Position
As the Data Lead, you will be at the forefront of our data strategy, responsible for overseeing the collection, management, and analysis of data across MMA. In this role, you will establish best practices for data governance and ensure that our data initiatives align with business objectives, driving insights and informed decision-making throughout the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and operations, to identify data needs and translate them into actionable strategies. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team through the entire data lifecycle, from data acquisition and cleaning to analysis and reporting. In addition to mentoring and empowering your team, you will foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, you will evaluate new tools and methodologies to enhance our data capabilities and drive operational efficiency.
