About The Position

We’re hiring a Data Lead to help Fathom level up how we use data to make decisions across the company. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll work directly with data, mentor our data scientists, and partner with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Product to shape a smart, scalable data org. You’ll split your time between critical IC work (building dashboards, doing data analysis, fixing broken data pipelines, etc), a managing and mentoring the data team, and aligning with business leaders to drive the right priorities. This role is fully remote and open to candidates willing to work on US time zones.

  • Collaborative and open-minded, but not afraid to say no.
  • High sense of ownership. You make the machine run and flag what needs to be fixed before it breaks.

  • Set up structured, ongoing collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product leaders to understand their priorities.

  • The opportunity to define and lead the data strategy at a fast-growing company.
  • A role that blends IC work, leadership, and cross-functional influence.
  • A seat at the table during major company decisions.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
