About The Position

Under the general direction of the Director of Business Intelligence, the Data Intern will assist the Data Team with various projects including data collection, reporting, and analysis.
The Data Intern must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week. This is a great opportunity to learn data collection, analysis, and presentation.

Requirements

• Must currently be seeking a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related major. Current Junior or Senior status in college.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• GPA minimum of 3.0
• Valid driver’s license, automobile and ability to travel throughout the state of Maryland
• Local candidates only, stipend for living will not be provided

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provides data collection from various databases into analytic and visualization software such as Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau.
• Designs data visualizations and dashboards – either static or dynamic
• Assists the Data team with the maintenance and organization of ad-hoc and recurring reports and required regulatory reporting.
• All other duties as assigned.
