About The Position

This position requires in person attendance at our office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. As a Data Intelligence Intern, you will get exposure to a professional business environment and learn a structured approach on how to organize and manage company requests and data. You will also gain insight on how to conduct/provide analysis that is meaningful to business. The Data Intelligence Intern will report directly to the Manager, Data Intelligence and support several teams within the Data Intelligence group. This is a paid internship with an hourly pay-rate of $18.00 per hour. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Why intern at ASI this summer? Requirements

Majoring in statistics, mathematics, economics, data analytics, data science or related field.
Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with new software tools.
Exceptional statistical and analytical skills.
Excellent oral/written communication skills.
Highly organized and provides quality work in a timely manner.
Ability to work independently either onsite or remotely in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

MS Access, PowerBi, Tableau, and/or SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Compiling and evaluating data on our print and digital products and their associated delivery results.
Coordinating and logging incoming department requests for data
Assisting in department documentation.
Coordinating data for monthly reporting and adhoc analysis.
Assisting with imports, field creation, and eNewsletter email deployments.
