About The Position

This is a great opportunity to contribute to data-driven innovation within the telecommunications industry. You will support the development of data visualization dashboards to bring insights to life from large-scale data analysis. Working closely with data scientists, you will assist in building, evaluating, and refining machine learning models that drive business intelligence. You will also conduct market research to explore emerging Telco business opportunities and customer experience trends. This role provides a strong foundation for developing key technical and analytical skills, with guidance and support from an experienced team in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Intermediate Office knowledge.
• Power BI or any UX tool for building dashboards.
• SQL and the ability to write queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Basic knowledge of data mining tools.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Python and R, and the ability to use these languages for data analysis and modeling.
• Basic knowledge of Hadoop and related big data technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile mode of operation.

Responsibilities

• Create dashboards for data visualization based on big data analysis.
• Support data scientist team to build, evaluate, and evolve machine learning models.
• Perform market research about Telco business opportunities and customer experience trends.
• Develop skills to carry out basic, repetitive, manual tasks that are described in detail and conducted under close supervision.
